POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled Ceramist to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will be finishing crowns, bridges, and veneers, using high-quality porcelain materials. You will work closely with dental professionals to ensure that each prosthetic meets the highest standards of fit, function, and aesthetics.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of written and spoken English.
- Previous dental laboratory experience required.
- Good understanding of dental terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Proficiency in using dental laboratory equipment and tools.
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology is a plus.
- Ability to work with precision and accuracy.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:
Must be familiar with building up porcelain on single units, veneers and bridges.
- Finish porcelain to desired thickness.
- Glazing to specific colors as indicated by the dental offices.
- Ensure all prosthetics meet quality standards.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used.
