The Erikson Institute for Education and Research of the Austen Riggs Center in Stockbridge, MA invites applications for an Erikson Scholar-in-Residence.
The Erikson Institute bridges clinical work with academic and professional communities. Erikson Scholars engage in interdisciplinary work spanning psychiatric, social, cultural, and theoretical issues.
They become part of the Center's clinical and intellectual life through a proposed project and presentations to practitioners and scholars.
Applications are welcome from various disciplines, including medicine, psychiatry, genomics, psychoanalysis, neuroscience, anthropology, history, law, literary criticism, political science, sociology, and more.
The 3.5-month term includes housing, a stipend, administrative support, and access to the library.
