Requirements
- Requires a 5-year degree in Architecture and typically 1 - 3 years’ related experience.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- Must be able to walk job sites which would include the ability to climb stairs and navigate construction sites.
- Up to 20% by both air and ground travel.

- Prepares architectural working drawings such as wall sections, floor plans, elevations, etc. to purchase and construct the architectural portion of a project and other related project documents.
- Analyzes design and construction systems, design layouts, and construction features, which require researching, compiling and recording information for assigned project work ensuring that all applicable codes are complied.
- Assists in preparation of project specifications.
- May conduct site and construction inspections for information gathering purposes, preparing interpretive reports for review and approval.
