Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Auto Detailer to join our team. As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards, both inside and out. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for cars. You will be working with a variety of cleaning products and tools to achieve the best possible results. Your duties will include washing, applying coatings and protective finishes, vacuuming, as well as cleaning, sanitizing, and conditioning the interior. You will also be responsible for inspecting vehicles for any damage or defects and reporting these to the appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in auto detailing, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude. This is a physically demanding job that requires standing for prolonged periods, bending, and lifting. Responsibilities:

• Wash and dry vehicle exteriors and interiors.
• Vacuum and shampoo vehicle carpets and seats.
• Clean and condition leather and vinyl surfaces.
• Clean windows and mirrors inside and out.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings.
• Apply protective finishes to exteriors and interiors.
• Remove stains and odors from vehicle interiors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling cleaning products.
• Perform minor paint corrections and scratch removal.
• Ensure all detailed work meets company standards.

• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Document work performed with before and after photos.
• Stay updated on new detailing techniques and products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Bonus Compensation:

• Eligible for revenue share on all sales upsold onsite.
• Revenue share on first time clients you acquire.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in auto detailing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics is a plus.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
• Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and ability to lift to 50lbs and stand for long periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.93 - $22.11 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
