Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand market presence.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide customized staffing solutions that meet their needs.
Collaboration: Partner with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
