What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at The Avaline at River Oaks?
The Concierge (CON) at Claiborne Senior Living, LLC will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff members. This individual will serve as the face of the community and will assist with various tasks and requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for all. The CON will report directly to the Facility Manager and will work full-time, hourly at our healthcare facility in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff members
- Greet and warmly welcome visitors and guide them to their destination
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the facility’s front desk and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Coordinate transportation services for residents as needed
- Assist with organizing and planning resident events and activities
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a working knowledge of the facility’s services, amenities, and policies
- Keep track of packages and deliveries for residents and staff members
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have a friendly and positive attitude
