We are currently seeking a Full Time Concierge for our front desk. Candidate must possess a positive can-do-attitude, be detailed-orientated, well organized and have excellent time management skills. Basic excel knowledge required.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service while performing various administrative tasks. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Shift Available:
- FT 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and their families, assist in the screening process, addressing any questions and needs in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assisting with making resident appointments
- Arranging resident transportation
- Maintaining the resident general store
- Responsible for newspaper and mail records
- Reserve rooms for special occasions
- Assisting in entering new residents into the EMR
- Maintaining resident census
- Monitoring and updating residents in the alarm system
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Providing clerical assistance as needed
- Providing administrative assistance updating facility records
- Maintain petty cash
- Maintain package delivery log
- Prepare mail for interoffice deliveries
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer Service Oriented
- Pro-active attitude
- Experience in activities and with Alzheimer and Dementia residents is a plus!
- Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to innovate and excel
- Must have a positive upbeat attitude, warm & friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting is a plus
