- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life.
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships.
- Work with the sales team to further develop sales and communication skills. Qualifications :
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire.
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities. Compensation : $80,000 at Plan Commission
