The Avers Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Greater Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
• Utilize our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream
• Maintain a list of important clients up-to-date to ensure ongoing relationship development
Qualifications
• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Be teachable and coachable with a desire to grow within your career
• Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
• Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
