- **Warm Welcome & Guest Experience:** Greet each guest warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression and a positive start to their dining experience.
- **Reservation Management:** Manage reservations and seating arrangements effectively to optimize the flow of service and maintain a smooth guest experience.
- **Ambiance Maintenance:** Ensure that the reception area and entrance are well-maintained, presenting a polished and inviting environment.
- **Communication & Coordination:** Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless communication and timely seating for guests.
- **Guest Relations:** Address any special requests, assist with inquiries, and handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
