**Position Overview:**
As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's daily activities. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including property management, monthly bill payments, travel arrangements, and more. During office hours, you will also handle office management responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective office operations, including addressing any HR issues that may arise. The HR department is run by our CFO unit, and you will act as a liaison between the office and the CFO unit to address HR-related matters. This position requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Property Management:**
- Oversee and manage the CEO's real estate properties, ensuring proper maintenance and addressing any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with property management companies, contractors, and service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained and secure.
- **Monthly Bill Payments:**
- Handle all personal and business-related bill payments for the CEO, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain meticulous records of expenses and transactions for financial tracking and reporting.
- **Travel Arrangements:**
- Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure seamless travel experiences by anticipating and addressing any potential issues.
- **Administrative Support:**
