The Project Coordinator will support project managers and architects in organizing and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in project management processes within the architecture or construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers and architects with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and client communications.
- Coordinate meetings, track project progress, and communicate updates with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement processes to maintain project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
- Manage project files and maintain accurate records using project management software and databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in architecture, construction, or engineering industries.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with architectural drawings and documentation.
