Our client is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth and expand market opportunities in the recycling and waste management industry. This role involves identifying new business prospects, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance revenue and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, or environmental services, with a passion for promoting eco-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive new business and expand the customer base for Class A Materials.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and securing new commercial and institutional accounts.
- Collaborate with the Commodities Manager, Senior Vice President, and Vice President of Business & Technical Development to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Conduct daily outreach to prospective and current customers, presenting solutions to meet their recycling and waste management needs.
- Upsell additional facility services to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
