The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee records management, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, organizing culture-building events, and streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage job postings, conduct orientations, and handle new hire paperwork.
- Employee Records : Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Benefits Administration : Oversee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries, while recommending improvements.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to labor laws, prepare required reports, and support audits and reviews.
- Payroll Support : Collect and verify time sheets, address payroll inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Training & Development : Organize training sessions, track participation, and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Employee Relations : Resolve employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
- Administrative Tasks : Manage HR communications, coordinate meetings / events, and maintain documentation.
