Requirements:
- A strong foundation in engineering design principles and concepts, FDOT design standards, FDOT plans preparation procedures, understanding of roadway geometrics and roadside safety
- Strong MicroStation/Geopak & ORD plan production skills and prior MicroStation and AutoCAD experience is desired
- Designing and producing plans for transportation-related projects from preliminary to final design including specifications, cost estimates, and final bid packages
- Proactive, self-starter that is willing to work with a team of engineers on projects throughout Florida
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred
- 2-5 years of engineering related experience is preferred
- EI Certification required
- Proficient with MicroStation/Geopak
- Strong roadway geometric design knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of FDOT FDM, Standard Plans, Specifications & Florida Greenbook criteria is preferred
Salary : $33 - $39
