Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will expand the Ultralox dealer network, drive sales, and support regional dealer partners. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role focuses on achieving sales targets and fostering strong relationships in the commercial multi-family channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Ultralox Interlocking dealer network.
- Implement sales strategies to boost aluminum railing business.
- Build and coach dealer teams to meet sales goals.
- Cultivate relationships with dealer management through regular sales calls.
- Provide market feedback and performance updates to leadership.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of Ultralox products and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years in multi-family/commercial sales within the building products industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license
