Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 up to $85,000. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed annual sales objectives by building strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors, creating brand awareness, and driving demand at the dealer level.
- Connect with Architects: Conduct AIA presentations and architect calls to have Versatex products specified in new projects.
- Empower Builders and Contractors: Build relationships with target builders and contractors, introduce new products, and provide training on installation.
- Follow Up and Follow Through: Leverage leads from Dodge Reports, website inquiries, and trade shows to convert opportunities into sales.
- Support Dealer Network: Train and merchandise dealers to ensure consistent sales and product knowledge.
- Stay Informed: Maintain expertise in installation guidelines, architectural specifications, and market trends.
- Experience: 1 years in building materials sales is preferred, but not required. Candidates with up to 3 years of general sales experience, a hunter mentality, and an energetic personality are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and sales tracking software. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Mindset: A self-starter with a motivation for sales, who thrives on creating connections and delivering results.
