The hours for this position are 6 : 45PM to 7AM on a 2 / 2 / 3 schedule.The hourly rate for this position is $19-$21.50 per hour.Job Summary : Acts as auditor for quality results of Production DepartmentActs as point of contact for Production Supervisor and Quality Supervisor regarding qualityPerforms product quality checks every two hoursPerforms hourly part checksResponsible for use / handling of quality measuring devicesResponsible for accurate completion of quality paperworkAudits color and part checksResponsible for saving / scrapping decisionsOwns "Red tag process" (marking product of questionable quality).Audits process set pointsPerforms line clearance / first article inspectionGenerates product package labels for cellAudits label and rate scheduleCollects flex samplesMaintains standards for product quality-testing areas within plantOperates in a manner that provides value to the teamAdditional duties as needed and / or assigned by supervision / managementQualifications : Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) preferredExperience with ISO9000 / QS9000 / TS16949 Quality Systems & Auditing, a plusWorking understanding of TimberTech products and processes, TimberTech product quality requirements and part print readingStrong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionallyExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mathematical abilitiesMust be able to accurately read quality measuring tools (i.e. caliper, micrometer, square, and tape measure)Good communication skillsMust be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24 / 7 manufacturing environmentWork schedule flexibility, with or without notice, to accommodate the needs of the businessEducation Requirements : High School Diploma or GED, required
