Assembler

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any defects or rework needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and resolve assembly-related issues.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new manufacturing techniques and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
