Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service by greeting customers warmly, taking their orders accurately, and crafting food and beverages with care. Strive to create genuine connections with every interaction, making each customer feel valued and appreciated.
Quality Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve specialty beverages and delicious food items while ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup and every bite. Stay knowledgeable about our menu, including seasonal offerings and specialty drinks, to recommend items that enhance the customer experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Support one another in daily tasks, share responsibilities, and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic that prioritizes collaboration.
Community Engagement: Participate in community events and initiatives that align with our values. Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to connect with one another and feel welcome.
Integrity in Operations: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Handle cash and transactions with honesty and accuracy, maintaining the trust of both customers and team members.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be considered for employment
- Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow multi-step processes
- Previous coffee/food service experience preferred, but not required
Pay Transparency:
Below is the base pay range for this position, which is also eligible for digital tips. Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience and/or education.
Pay range: $16.50 - 20.00
