We are seeking a dynamic Host/Host to join our team at The Babe Cave Charlotte. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your contributions will be vital in creating memorable experiences that align with our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, services, and event details.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the main dining floor as well as the restrooms.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Tock & Toast POS, is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
