Description:
A loving family in Newton is seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their preschooler and infant. Long-term, the role will require a minimum of 25 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours for a candidate interested in meal prep, grocery shopping, and other childcare-related tasks.
The family is looking for a long-term fit—someone who can grow with their needs and create a positive, stimulating environment for their children. Responsibilities include managing school pickups, engaging both children in structured, age-appropriate activities, and handling light household tasks such as tidying play areas, light laundry, and preparing snacks or simple meals. The ideal candidate will also assist their oldest with transitioning to school and support their developmental growth through engaging activities.
With cleaners coming bi-monthly, no deep cleaning is required.
The family prefers a nanny fluent in English, with a clean driving record and reliable car, and familiarity with child-led or Montessori-style learning approaches is a plus.
While COVID vaccination is preferred, it is not required.
