Insurance Compliance opportunity with a growing worldwide insurance client. This is low pressure, non micromanagement role with a couple of different career growth opportunities. The role is interesting as it is doing a lot of analysis and research, and owning of the projects. It involves regulatory work as well and filings. - Exposure to one or more of these: SERFF filing experience, IRF filing, Horizon scanning, regulatory research, legislative, insource, RegEd or regManager, bulletin monitoring, Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX, or LexisNexis’ Statenet
- Compliance
- Tech savvy
- Prepare and submit insurance forms, marketing and rate filings to regulatory authorities.
- Conduct in-depth research on new regulations, providing impact assessments and recommendations
- Prepare reports on compliant trends
- Implement new or revised forms
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory annual filings
- Perform additional compliance tasks including responding to regulatory inquiries, conducting internal reviews/audits, and supporting regulatory examinations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
