Pay Rate : $20 / hr
Hours : 9-5 : 30 M-F
10 will start 2 / 3, 10 will start 2 / 10!

MUST HAVE 2 years of Call Center experience.
MUST clear drug screen / background check a week before start
MUST NOT LIVE IN THESE STATES : TN, CA, NY, NJ, IL, CT, NC, CA, AZ, FL,TX.
Responsibilities :
Provide customers with resolution / education on products and services
Process payments
Deliver accurate information while navigating through multiple computer applications
Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and typing skills
Bilingual in Spanish a plus not a must
