Project Architect needed for a well-known hospital.
Duties :
- Oversee the design and construction process of any given project
- Prepare budgets, specifications, and plans for the projects
- Visit the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to state regulations
- Create progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets
- Ensure the project is on time
- Drafting building plans into AutoCAD
