This position is located in Mitchell, SD. Relocation or commute required.
Full time bar manager would be responsible for some ordering, executing new craft cocktails, cleaning all tap lines weekly, maintenance and cleaning of bar area. Inventory of alcohol and scheduling. Also our special events require special craft cocktails menus. Experience necessary.
Pay is based on base salary and tips
We are a made from scratch kitchen and we are locally sourced as much as possible. We have craft cocktails as well as well drinks and we need someone versatile who also knows beer. We have 40 taps and they rotate every week!!
