Job Description
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
- Prepare bank reconciliation for various banks
- Reconciling inter-company loan transactions
- Producing various financial reports
- Prepare invoices and process receipts and payments
- High volume data entry
- Assisting in the Month End process’
- Ensuring accounts are correctly reconciled’
- Reconciliation of all general ledger accounts
- Communication with US team members in respect of queries and review points
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the specified timeframe and with a minimum number of errors or omissions
- Attends to any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree in Accounting or related
- Understanding of GAAP
- Strong Analysis skills
- Experience in Accounting software/apps, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Gusto, Paypal
- Willing to take on new tasks as the role progresses, adaptable to any change, and can work in a complex structure
