The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in delivering performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork and clearly communicate business objectives. The Assistant General Manager should be able to confidently perform the duties in the absence of the General Manager.

- Hands-on individual capable of all FOH positions and willing to roll their sleeves up and work all positions when necessary

- Excellent admin capabilities
- Process / Checklist oriented manager - NOT a "wing-it" manager
- Highest level of responsibility, reliability and diligence

- Collegial personality - someone who can work effectively with: ownership, general management, corporate, all team members
- Diligent and responsive to all communications: emails, texts, corporate conference calls/zooms, meetings
- Technologically proficient so as to most effectively utilize managerial tools such as Toast, Hot Schedules, Jolt, Yelp, etc...
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the business including developing a proficiency for BOH as well
