Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team for the The Bad Kids Production. As the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and managing all aspects of The Bad Kids Production from script development to final delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative vision, a strong sense for rom-com and drama in miniseries and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals. This role involves applying film permits, scouting the shooting locations, cost tracking, sending out the contracts and ensuring that all paperworks are documented and reported accurately. The Production Coordinator works closely with producers and other departments to ensure financial efficiency throughout the production process.
Responsibilities :
- Cost Tracking and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all production costs
Sending and tracking payroll documents, including contracts and invoices
Looking for and scouting the suitable new shooting location based on the story of the upcoming shows
Act as a liaison between production teams and other departments;
Communicate financial information to the departments and casts, ensuring they sign all paperwork accurately and on time
Researches for new projects and preparing project decks if needed
Requirements
Compensation : This full time position offers an hourly rate ranging from $18 - $22
