Baer is looking for Oracle EBS Order Management Consultant - Mid Level (OM / Shipping) for a 12-month Federal remote project. Title : Oracle EBS Order Management Consultant - Mid Level (OM / Shipping) Location : Remote (Must be based in US) Duration : 12 months Rate : All-inclusive Alignment : W2 or C2C Description : Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements related to Order Management and Shipping processes in Oracle EBS, and provide guidance on best practices. Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and perform fit / gap analysis to ensure the Oracle EBS solution aligns with business needs and optimizes processes. Draft and maintain functional design documents for custom EBS solutions, as well as configuration workbooks that document the setup of Order Management and Shipping. Provide functional leadership and mentoring to junior resources, ensuring that best practices are applied and that the team adheres to established standards. Hands-on configuration of Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) and Shipping modules, ensuring accurate and efficient system setup and integration. Perform testing, release management, and deployment for Oracle EBS OM / Shipping solutions, ensuring proper validation and smooth system rollout. Identify, triage, and resolve issues and defects related to the Order Management and Shipping modules during the implementation and post-deployment phases. Develop and review training materials for end users, providing guidance and support throughout the system's adoption. Provide functional issue triage and resolution support for Data Conversion to ensure accurate migration of data into the Oracle EBS system. Manage client deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality expectations. Collaborate with functional, development, technical, and security teams to design and deploy integrated solutions for Order Management and Shipping processes. Requirements : Experience with Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) and Shipping modules, with a focus on configuration and process optimization. Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS solutions, particularly in OM / Shipping modules. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and integration with other Oracle modules such as Receivables, Inventory, and Purchasing. Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle EBS OM / Shipping, including pricing, order processing, shipping workflows, and integrations. Experience in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and performing fit / gap analysis to ensure business requirements are addressed. Ability to mentor junior resources and share knowledge of best practices for Oracle EBS solutions. Solid understanding of testing methodologies and release management processes for Oracle EBS implementations. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, triage, and resolve defects related to Oracle EBS Order Management and Shipping modules. Ability to develop and review training materials and provide end-user training on Oracle EBS systems.
