Baer is looking for SAP Automation Test Lead for a 6 month project located in Atlanta, GA.

Description :
- Use Worksoft to lead automation testing efforts for SAP ECC, SAP S / 4HANA Fiori, and Non-SAP applications.
- Design and implement reusable automation frameworks and test strategies for efficient and high-quality testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for SAP and other applications within the CI / CD pipeline.
- Update and create automation test scripts for migration from SAP ECC to S / 4HANA.
- Manage test data practices, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all test cases and scripts.
- Integrate automation scripts into the CI / CD pipeline for smooth test execution and large-scale reporting.
- Optimize automation processes for scalability and performance in large-scale environments.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on test progress.
- Work with teams in the US and India to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of automation testers, guiding them through testing processes and providing support.
- Stay current with trends in SAP test automation and apply improvements to existing processes and frameworks.
- Advocate for best practices in automation testing and participate in process improvements.
