The Baer Group is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to lead workshops for requirement gathering and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll, including configuration, design, data replication processes, payroll parallel testing, year-end processing, and BSI configuration.
This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops for requirement gathering and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions
- Manage and review RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, and Decisions) for the payroll workstream
- Provide expert support for the configuration and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll
- Coordinate with offshore teams and client stakeholders to resolve payroll issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Payroll implementation
- Strong technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll
- Experience with SAP North America payroll deployment for the utilities industry
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with SAP Payroll
