Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to meet their insurance needs and exceed their expectations.
Insurance Guidance : Offer personalized advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage tailored to their requirements.
Portfolio Management : Analyze and assess client portfolios to identify opportunities for additional coverage and enhancements.
Customer Support : Address client inquiries promptly, providing solutions and resolving any issues efficiently.
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to offer relevant and up-to-date advice.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold an active Mississippi Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Customer-Oriented : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
Remote Work Skills : Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
Tech Proficiency : Proficient in the use of CRM software and other communication tools.
Languages : English. Spanish fluency is a plus.
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
