Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Regional Manager role located in Miami/Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach, FL at The Bainbridge Companies. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury apartment communities in the region. This role involves collaborating with property managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff to ensure excellent resident experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Communication, and Team Management skills
- Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property regulations
- Financial Management and Budgeting skills
- Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with Lease-ups and Renovations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
