OVERVIEW:
Provide support to our Accounting Department by verifying, allocating and posting details of all billing and receivables transactions to appropriate accounts, journals or files.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in month end billing and processing of foster parent checks.
- Input data into computer system accurately.
- Communicate with state/county representatives regarding payments.
- Communicate with offices regarding accuracy of all reported child care activity.
- Review payment discrepancies with supervisor.
- Reconciles revenue and accounts receivable general ledger accounts.
- Invoicing.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in Accounting
- Medicaid/ commercial billing experience preferred
- Experience in Excel
