Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix a wide range of cookies according to established recipes.
- Ensure all cookies meet quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with staff to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items that align with customer preferences and corperate.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and other baking tools.
- Package mixed dough for team while ensuring proper labeling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Proficient in using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, and ovens.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
