At The Bakery Cowork, our members are the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Community Coordinator (CC) who loves connecting with people and thrives on building relationships. This role is perfect for someone who has a mixed skill set that combines a passion for event coordination, marketing, and providing outstanding hospitality.

The ideal candidate will be bubbly, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about creating meaningful experiences for our members and guests. This person will serve as the cornerstone of our coworking community, balancing administrative tasks with people-focused activities that bring members together and help us grow our core offerings (memberships, offices, and meeting spaces).

Key Responsibilities:Member & Guest Hospitality:

  • Be the smiling face and first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors.
  • Ensure the coworking space is welcoming and clean at all times, offering beverages, maintaining supplies, and creating a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Greet visitors warmly, direct them to meeting spaces, and notify members of their arrival.

Community Building & Event Coordination:

  • Plan, promote, and execute member events that foster a sense of community and connection.
  • Support clients in using the space for their own events, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative ways to bring members together and celebrate milestones.

Marketing & Outreach:

  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote memberships, meeting spaces, and events.
  • Help manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and promoting upcoming events.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members, showcasing our space and explaining our offerings.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage scheduling and usage of meeting rooms, conference spaces, and day offices.
  • Process new client move-ins, distribute keys, and update client information.
  • Handle mail and package management, ensuring timely delivery and communication with members.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A passion for people and a commitment to creating a joyful and welcoming environment.
  • Experience in event coordination, marketing, or community management.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a membership-based or customer-facing role (hospitality, coworking, or related fields preferred).
