What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at The Bakery?
This is a 40-44 hour a week employment opportunity. This position is a monday -friday 4:30am start time, some are 10 hour days, some are 6 hour days. Saturday is a short 4:30am-7:30am shift,
Responsibilities include but not limited to
-mixing dough
-shaping dough
-cooking dough
-cooling/packing bread/rolls/muffins & preparing for shipping
-making cookie doughs
This position has room for growth with the company to expand to managing production sheets, as well as helping with our cafe menu for the culinary experienced person as well.
