This full-time, seasonal position offers a unique schedule: work 9 months of the year with 1 month off each winter, while earning a competitive $52,000 annual salary. Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate high-quality menu items according to Club standards
- Maintain consistency by following recipes and kitchen procedures
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens
- Strong passion for food and hospitality
