Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista at our luxury hotel, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will not only possess excellent barista skills but will also embody the spirit of hospitality, ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards.
- Provide personalized service to guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment maintenance and sanitation procedures.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and contribute to a positive working environment through teamwork and collaboration.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques, continually seeking opportunities for professional growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso equipment, and latte art techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
