Job Summary
Cleans hotel guest public areas, offices public restrooms and/ or other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Open position for PM Position
Job Duties
- Reports any area unable to be serviced within appropriate time standards to supervisor.
- Reports needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Responds to requests from guests, supervisors, or management in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintains linen cart and supplies neat and organized to department standards.
- Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
- Reports lost and found articles to Fire, Life & Safety.
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- Cleans and services assigned public rest rooms, dust, vacuum in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards.
Note: May be assigned additional duties by supervisor or manager
Education and Experience
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Basic reading, writing and math skills, is preferred

- Able to work with common household chemicals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, talk, hear, see, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, stoop, climb, grasp and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry or otherwise move up to 75 lbs.
