As an Inventory Manager at The Ballers bank, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and stocking products to ensure the availability of materials and goods for our operations. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain an optimal inventory level, prevent stockouts, and reduce excess stock while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in quantities and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to optimize purchasing costs and product availability.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to forecast inventory needs based on sales data and trends.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare regular inventory reports for management.
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
- Analyze inventory turnover and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize space.
- Identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and organized for easy access and maximum space utilization.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, storage, and shipment of goods.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role, preferably in a [specific industry, e.g., retail, manufacturing, distribution].
- Proven experience in using inventory management software (e.g., Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods if required by the job duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
