GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and retain agents within your agency
- Train new and existing agents on product and processes
- Use a financial needs analysis with your agents and clients to determine needs-based selling
- Develop your sales force to achieve target premium and commissions set for your agency
- Manage your business using tools and software approved by The Baltimore Life Companies

Work Setting
· Allentown, PA agency office
· Joint field work required with first year agents

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
