Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and addressing their banking needs
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist customers with account inquiries, providing information on products and services
- Operate 10-key typing equipment to input numerical data quickly and accurately
- Collaborate with other bank staff to resolve customer issues or concerns
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Knowledge of financial services and banking products
