We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Lead to join our Wealth Solutions Client Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Jersey City, NJ and is a hybrid role.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Communicating over the phone and via email to deliver high quality service to clients.
- Applying an understanding of BNY products, services and client portal to best answer client inquiries and provide solutions to resolve client issues.
- Coordinating efforts with various internal and external parties to resolve issues. Collaborating with teammates to ensure clients are promptly informed of time-sensitive matters.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Client Service experience in Financial Services
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- The ability to operate in a high pressure environment 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
