Area Sales Manager Opportunity

Ideal Candidate:
- At least three years of experience in sales management, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Eager to advance your sales career in a dynamic and growing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Set ambitious sales goals with the team. Maintain an active list of key accounts to foster ongoing relationship development.
- Make sure the sales team has what they need to do their job well.
- Drive new business and boost revenue through cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing local market trends and competitor activities.
- Evaluate the performance of individual properties in your area and develop sales plans and objectives aligned with overall brand goals.
- Work with agents to improve their sales pitches
- Motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and profit margins.
- Help prepare budgets
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills. Previous sales experience in the real estate industry is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Your main job will be to improve how well each member of our sales team performs, especially by closing more deals from their contacts and networks.

Pay starts at $30,000 - $100,000 per year and with perks and benefits.
