Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Perform patient assessments and provide appropriate interventions based on individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
