About us
The Baptist Homes of Arcadia Valley is seeking an LPN for our night shift, 6:00PM to 6:30AM. We provide Independent Living, Assisted Living and Long Term Care. We are currently licensed for Medicaid and Private Pay and are seeking our certification to become a SNF.
We strive to provide a homelike atmosphere for our neighbors that reside here and want our team to work together to provide excellent care to our neighbors that reside here. We use Point Click Care EHR, have radios for our team to wear for communication and our call light system is wireless with pagers for our team.
Our work environment includes:
- 1 Long-Term Care Neighborhood, 2 Assisted Living Neighborhoods and various size apartments and suites for Independent Living.
- Up to date computers for our nursing team to use located at our main nurse's station and laptops and tablets for our nursing team to use while passing medications or doing assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in Point Click Care.
Skills:
- Valid nursing license and current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Night Shift does receive a $2.00 per hour shift differential.
