We are a ministry for the elderly providing, Independent Living, Assisted Living and Long-Term Care. We are Medicaid approved in our Assisted Living and Long-Term Care. We staff at a high level and our team never has to worry about not having enough supplies or the equipment they need to do their job.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health record systems, Point Click Care.
Skills:
- Valid nursing license and current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Point Click Care EHR.
