About us
We have an opening for an RN on our night shift, 6:00PM to 6:30AM. In addition to regular pay, night shift gets $2.00 per hour shift differential. This would be a set schedule, with opportunities for overtime.
We strive to provide a homelike atmosphere for our neighbors that reside here and want our team to work together to provide excellent care to our neighbors.
We want our team to have everything that they need in order to care for the neighbors that reside here. We have a sit to stand and full body lift on each neighborhood, plenty of supplies and we use Point, Click, Care as our EHR system.
Our work environment includes:
- We staff at a 3.5 PPD which is well above the State Average and other communities in our area.
- Up to date computers for our nursing team to use located at our main nurse's station and laptops and tablets for our nursing team to use while passing medications or doing assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health record system, Point Click Care.
Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, we use Point Click Care.
